After last years disappointing no show, we have managed to secure a Roling Road/Dyno system for this years FEST.

The price is a reasonable £35 per car for a MINIMUM of 10 cars or it's a no go, maximum 20-24 given the time constraints.

So what do you get for that----

EACH CAR WILL GET 3 REV RUNS...WARM UP/CHECK, MEASURED RUN, MEASURED RUN/WIND DOWN

PRINTOUTS OF--POWER/TORQUE AT WHEEL, POWER/TORQUE AT THE FLYWHEEL, AIR/FUEL RATIO

AS A BONUS THEY WILL TWEAK YOUR CAR IF NEEDED, MIXTURE ETC.

A TROPHY FOR THE HIGHEST OUTPUT FOR V6 AND V8 MODELS.

A disclaimer will need to be signed on the day, as is usual for any dyno run.
They have a large gazebo/tent in case of wet weather, so no problem there. He tells me they have never cancelled a session.

Payment via paypal to AndyTVRTank@aol.com Please send as a PERSONAL GIFT (Otherwise they charge) or add £1.75 for charges. Any profit will go to the BBWF Charity fund. (if there is any at this price)

I know it's still a while away but we would like names sooner than later to confirm the reservation with dyno man.

Please copy 'n' paste the list and add your name: oops, did I forget to mention to pay to secure your place paperbag

Hi

Just a couple of things to add to TOPTON's post!

Blown cars can also enter and the winner of that class will also get a trophy.

Payment is in advance to secure you place and apart from Paypal payments, you can Pay by cheque, make it out to BBWF and £35 and send it to me:

A Hutcheson. 21 The Broadwalk, Eynesbury, St Neots. Cambs. PE19 2SG.

I'd be really interested in this, however it does assume that my car is on the road for then!

Is there a chance I can be put on a 'reserve list'? I'd love to do it, and if I'm at BBWF I WILL do it. Just that there's quite a lot of work to do on the old girl and you never know what little 'surprises' might turn up!

I'll have to go on the provisional list too. Staff re structure in y place means I might be losing hours come late summer. She might have to go... banghead
Will be selling the A8 first though & doing all I can to keep the 'Creature'.

I wish we could have a list and a reserve list to back things up. The thing is, Dyno guy wants minimum 10 cars on the day, so basically we have to guarantee him £350 worth of work. If we don't get at least 10 confirmed bookings, then sadly, he won't be coming.

So come on everyone, help me out on this. Its your day as well as mine, hallsie and I can't be the only ones that thinks our cars will still be working by then beersoapbox

ps
hallsie....no you cant have a family bonding session sperm

Tony

With Stu now not having a driver we have only now got six takers. Worst still is one of those is a V8 Cerbie and with his 350 - 360 BHP must be the leading car for the V8 trophy!
So come on you V8 Wedges we can't have that, get you car booked in, because if we don't have at least 10 pre-paid cars the Rolling road will not come!

You could stick all of yours down Andy, then your would have enough.

Or at least one, then one less to go.

As an organiser of the event I will not enter any of my vehicles for any of the competitions.

I don't want anybody claiming fix when my cars win. hehe

Who says you would win the dyno run? as you seem pretty confident as you use the "when i win" line.

As stated by TOPTON any profits "if" they are any go the BBWF charity, so this is another way for you to donate to the chossen charity that saved your life, and you get your wedge tweaked.

As i said i wont be there but i would of taken part in this, as i will have a wedge by then. So stick me down for £35 worth of raffle tickets instead and i will stick a cheque in the post when i get home.
