Hi All

Not sure if this has been done before but I feel the need to have a set too on the leather dash and centre console and also my vinyl seats as they are looking a bit tired. Before anybody suggests soap water and elbow grease, been there and got the tee shirt! So what is the general consensus on the best items for the leather and those vinyl seats? (BTW my interior is grey with red piping)

Hi Mate..It depends on wether you are talking about just cleaning or if they are faded and cracked..Auto glym do a feed and conditioner for the leather which is pretty good..(I could bring some tomorrow and give it a wipe)..Or merr products are good..You need to clean..feed and the conditon leather..Generally if the leather has faded or is cracked then re-connollising is the best way..I found someone who is not that dear and he is mobile..And he is fairly local to you and me!..There are some vinyl cleaners available some again from auto glym,Are you sure your seats are vinyl?..When i went to the trimmers he said my old seats..(TVR)..were leather and the dash and centre console were vinyl..Cheers..Ziga

Hi Chris

Furniture Clinic can supply materials etc or they can come to your home and do what ever's needed! Or better still if we have enough work for them they will come to BBWF!

Hi Chris
for cleaning use these people http://www.liquidleather.com/ and for dyes i would recommend Dynamix have used there products and are miles better than any of the others.

Ive been reliably informed that the Adams cleaner for the leather is awesome, you can get it from Autojoy.com, and then to use the gliptone conditioner, Ive got a good pal who details high end cars, but unfortunately he is now located in Dorset!!

I tell you what, Ill be getting mine delivered next week and will be playing next weekend, weather dependant, pop down to see the results and try a bit!
