Hi

Its a series 3 of which only about 10 were made. I have num 1 correct the wife's is num 1

Basacly the factory changed the front of the car, added vents to the bonnet and used some of the bits left over from the US cars which were know not being made. It had a dash like a SEAC except for the heater conrols! and most were Auto's

The advert is claiming it as the last 280i, it maybe correct!

Where's the handbrake? Does it have the narrower chassis that you normally see on SEACs?

It looks really nice - I like it but then I am an automatic man.
I was thinking of selling my 350i auto soon which is an even rarer beastie. Pity its on ebay cos I would be up for a deal!

Yes Martin same size chassis as the SEAC Handbrake in same place, and it has the same heater controls as your car!

No air con. I guss the factory fitted anything they could to sell them!
But they are a great wedge, as they have the best bits of all the models!
As soon as my legs let me it will be the first TVR I will be able to drive. The other thing was it only passed its first MOT in 8 - 10 years two weeks before my accident and I was going to Tax it at the end of the week my accident happened.
