Currently finding myself considering a Wedge again but cant decide which way to go - ive always liked the early FHC cars and theres a couple of cheapy 280 track day cars about, but then again love the cars at the other end of the spectrum (450SE/SEAC) ... just cant decide whether to spend the extra cash (but cant afford a SEAC !) or just have fun with a 280 ?? Love Nigel's 450SE for sale although its just out ofmy price range ...

any thoughts ??

Having a V8 I guess I am a little bit biased but to me, as good as a V6 sounds, it is just not the same as a V8 burble. Much more mid range grunt with the V8 as well.

I guess it all depends on Budget and how much you want to push it as the V6 ones still really move.

Just noticed B@MANS is coming for sale soon, that is defo worth a look !

It really depends, i tried a 280 before i got my 350, for me the v8 sound just did the trick. The bigger the better if you want to have lots of fun with your wedge imo

It has to be a 350 and as the others say and I'm obviously bias, but the earlier ones (I think anyway) are pretty sound and parts are cheap and can be run on a tight budget. But the older they are, finding a good one is the problem.
