As long as they are both pulling air...You probably would be better off with one fan and a shroud/cowling over the radiator but if its pulling cool air towards the rad it should fine..Are they both connected together and operated on a temperature sensor?...Ziga

Fans are Engine side and pull air (assisting natural forces)

and cool at a great rate.

Switched by the otter, working together.

I went to 2 fans, 12" Kenlowe on a new support pulling air through but i also run a small fan in the front to pull some more air in at town speeds so 3 fans in total hehe

It's not the Qty, but the quality of the fan, that's more important.

I am on two fans but the reason why is another issue. Anyway, the fans I have at the moment, they butt up tight to the rad face so they pull less air from the engine side. But when I put an anemometer in the airflow, the speed was 30mph, the actual flow was stronger at the outside third and negligible further in which surprised me. It tailed off very quickly as I moved the meter down to the centre. This is for s straight bladed unknown type. I am going to change but whether it is a spall or something else I know not yet.

AlsoI have seen cowls for a twin fan set up. I suppose the amount shifted and power it takes is the main consideration?
