Quick update.....took the radiator out two days ago, re-cored locally and re-fitted last night. Just need to refit the front lower spoiler and ready for a bit more roar on.
The local family business I used turned it around within 24hrs ! but things are a bit more expensive than when they re-cored if for me 15yrs ago, came out at £166.
Gave me the chance to re-paint the some of the fixings and brackets that hold the twin fans in place and the fan cowlings, so all nice now in black and red.
Water/anti-feeze in over next couple of days and then test and.............Roar on
Cheers

Try to refill with distilled or de-ionized water as it does help prolong the life of a radiator,They are relatively cheap by the gallon...Cheers..Ziga
