OK, so I've got back onto the Wedge project again! The only thing I haven't managed to get is new carpets. My old ones were left with a trimmer ready for when I wanted to fit them but I can't get hold of the guy!!! Think he may have gone out of business! frown

I've tried loads of places on the internet but none of them hold patterns for the Wedge. They all want either a pattern or my old carpets1 frown

Does anyone know of a supplier who can make me up a set for me to fit myself?

Does anyone have patterns for the carpet which I could borrow/buy/copy?

I got D&C to make a set up for me, although I did send them my old ones (which were not original anyway, so were not the greatest fit). They can supply carpet from the original TVR supplier (Segal)and edge it as required. On mine, they left a generous amount to trim when fitting on the non-bound edges. Only on the underseat mats did we need to undo the binding, re-cut the carpet slightly and re-bind (Mrs. Number 7 is handy like that). The most difficult parts were the transmission tunnel because of the sheer length of that single piece, which goes right into the footwell, and had to be glued in stages to ensure that it was right, and the outer footwells, due to the multiple angles involved - again, glued in stages. Vey pleased with the result though, and D&C 's supplied product was very good.

How do you deal with the edges under the seals (arf arf)? That is about the only aspect that has put me off so far.

If you mean around the door seals, the carpet needs to be trimmed to the edge and glued. The trim can then be fitted round the door opening. I'm actually fitting new trim at the same time .
