Throw back to ma youth, a huge Dukes of Hazard fan..

Well FINALLLLLY, Thunderpants is running luvvvvely.. Yeh could do wi a final tune but now the cars sparking and fueling as it should. Final jigger with this and that lastnight and no more fluttering or issues.. (fingers crossed). Took it out for a run in the rain just to prove to myself that that last wee job will hopefully be the end of my woes..

Many a new part, infact everything under the bonnets now been changed, scraped and bloodied hands, immobilizer ripped out and a new hood and all is good.. It was so nice to drive this morning. Stayed out for a while incase the hot starting and running issue raised its head again, and no, it's purrrrrfect..

Now for a wash n polish, ready to show off with ma Zed next month at a local show.. Ace! It's been a long long long 6 weeks or more...

So, who can I trust it with to do a final tune.. I'm not going back to the car tuning clinic, they've had enough out of me... Any suggestions in the Edinburgh area.. I may have to give in and head to Drednought in Callander.. But in the mean time, the cars running fine, even if my pockets are empty...

Her in doors and the pets don't really need to eat this month. I'm sure they'll appreciate the food money needs to go into the tank.. Rumbling from the drive, it'll drown out the rumblings from there tumblings LOL

After all the time, blood, sweat N money I've put into this car. She who shall be obeyed has allowed me to have a wee bit fun..

So the Whiskas money will fill the tank up on Monday on ma day off. Fingers crossed for a nice day..

As I have unfortunatly not bean able to fill up a car for a few months now, I have lost all sense (Not that I had any) what the cost of fuel is now! But I think I heard that its cheaper to fill up with Whiskey than petrol?

What ever way have fun!
