My Sprint arrived this morning. Very interesting article - 20 TVRs truly is an obsession!
I remember, 1988 I think it was, and I followed a Tasmin FHC (exactly like the latest 280i featured in the article, same colur and everything) through some narrow streets in Edinburgh, and I thought "I have got to get me one of them"! I ended up with an S3 about 15 years later, and now a Cerb as well, but hats off to the man who can keep 5 of TVR's finest going at the same time!

It was a joint article with Andy "Mr Sheen" Hills.
Its his photographic expertise which made the article. Despite the editory team over doing the colour satuation on the pics.
The best bit is he will be at the fest taking pics so we should have some good ones for Sprint later in the year!
I feel sorry for Steve "Gandalf" as he had done an article on Oliver Winterbottom for this edition, but as mine took up so much space they must of held it up till next month.
So we should have some more wedge goodies next month!

The garage is not empty yet. The FHC is awaiting transportation by its new owner! Then I can fill its space up with my next car?
But then I will need to get the other garage sorted for the one after that!
Funny thing is I even had sombody look at a 2lt FHC for me this week, but to much money with the car wanting a full rebuild, and I have enoght to do learning how to walk again when the docs allow me to. So no time at present for another wedge rebuild!

I first saw and heard a 350 in the late 80's, when a friend of my mums bought a new one then a 390 then a 400 then 2 griffs. I always wanted a V8 wedge, then when a 390SE came up I had to ave it.. Then I stupidly sold it, now I have a well sorted 400SE and now running correctly, newly painted and newly hooded up, it's a cracker.. I'm back in TIV heaven.. But to have all the wedges including the SEAC, oh what a dream.... her indoors wouldn't allow it, she ain't happy about my miserable car collection. Well miserable compared to yours..
