The project ................ it's broke! (again)

The project was finally on the road this week. New head gaskets so it's stopped pi55ing out water, twin fans fitted, thermostat fitted, new Toyo's, new stainless manifolds, hood cleaned, T cut the paintwork, starting to look and sound and drive like it should.

Away for the week and suffolkfoxy is enjoying driving it round. Starts to feel a bit rough on the drive so she gives it a (moderate) rev to see if it clears it, and pop - it stops running. No restart, so I decide to remove a spark plug to see if it's flooded.

Took the cam cover off, and it's broken a valve spring and hence the valve has dropped, so god knows what it has done to the inside. Oh well, let's take the head off again.
