Remove plenum top
Remove injector retaining clips
Remove fuel rail bolts/nuts
Pull up just enough to pop the injectors out

I'm sure it can't be much different to a Chim

That's how i always did it, start the car, pull the fuel relay and wait till it dies.

It not that high pressure, just loosen the hose on the cold start injector, and wiggle it with a rag round it till it spurts some out, better than running your engine lean.

The later ones have a tyre style valve to de-pressure them, but I've just pulled them off with a rag, your always going to get some fuel spilt no matter how you do it.

Oh, just to add get some 6 and 8mm bolts to put one that fits in the hose and then re-tighten the clip/ to stop the flow from the pump.

If the car has not been started for an hour or two then there will probably be no pressure in the rail anyway. Rag over the pipe after undoing the clip will do.
