Hello all,

I've managed to lost a bolt & rubber grommet/spacer for one of the hinge bolts that supports the light pod. I could measure it and find one to suit, but if anyone has an unwanted bolt & spacer sitting in a pile of bits somewhere I'd gladly swap it for some beer tokens smile

Now my BMW has blown it's head gasket the wedge is now the daily, so I'd like to be able to drive in the dark. (Not that the headlights have ever made much difference when they were on mind....)

Cheers,
Chris

Chris - get the wedge over here and have a rummage in the box of assorted nuts and bolts. If you cant find what you want in there we can ask my old man to sort something out

Be careful - some of the captive nust in the bodywork are imperial and don't like having metric shoved in - so don't force it. The bonnet bolts spring to mind here...

Good point ! I think mine are all metric....even the bonnet.

I tend to keep and reuse the bolts I take out, to make sure they go back in the same place, especially for classics like the wedge.
