Got her started yesterday after some fiddling (not sure what i did mind).

Put the light pods back and what a struggle to get them to raise and lower properly !!
(Nearly lost my fingers a few times).
Got the headlights back in and working, so its off to a TIV friendly garage today to try and blag a mot>
