The handbrake cable needs replacing on the SEAC it is the "brolly handle" type under the dash in the drivers footwell. Has anyone any idea what is from and where I might get one?

I have just had the cable replaced on my SEAC, which has the same style handbrake, I had the work done a Track V Road in Clitheroe, Lancs.

I am sure if you give them a call they will be able to get you one

Does this improve the dreadful ability of the handbrake to actually work or are there other bits that need binning ?

hehequite right .. it is of no use what so ever on a steep hill.

As there seemed to be plenty of room for a handbrake I cannot for the life of me think why they did that..

Its a question for Chris Schirle at the BBWF
