Hi

Anybody know this car's history.

The milage is not bad but the badges with no 6, are not there, which make's me think the car has had a respray!

I used to own no.9 and it was a great car. I sold it to buy a Chimera, a move I later regretted. My one was fitted with a V8 Developments engine and was very fast. The 350SE has certain advantages over the 400SE in that the side panels are removable for out rigger repairs and maintenance. I am back to a Wedge and happy once again though I would buy another 350SE, but first I must try a Tuscan.

Has anyone got any provenance for this car. I have searched on Google and can find some history but it's difficult to fit together. It seems to have some history in here....

If this 350SE is no 6 it was for sale on pistonheads in 2002(!). I was looking for a wedge at the time, but it was above my price range. I spoke to the owner then and it sounded a very nice car. I ended up with 350SE no 5 in the end. The owner selling it had the pistonhead name 'The Dodger' which is still in the members directory and you will find reference to this car in his garage section. I'm not sure if this is much help.

Yes I found that one but also one which states :

TVR Wedge 350SE No 6 (1991)

Bought for £5,000 in December 2007.

'This is the real 350SE No6, there is a fake one that recently sold on ebay which is actually a written off 390SE'

Now Im not in any way saying that the current one listed for sale isn't genuine. If it is genuine then I'm very interested in it, but someone has felt the need to post the above, which has caused me to see what I can find.

There are photos of it via Google search and it does look nice but id be gutted if bought a 'replica'

Hi, There is definitely a problem with No 6, I have it parked in my Garage and it's not for sale ! I have all of the paperwork including the original warranty book, every mot, every tax disk etc etc including a history of previous owners. I did an hpi check when the other No 6 was on eBay and it came up with several problems. I contacted the seller and buyer, neither responded to me. This is the one which is for sale again on PH. If anyone wants any more info contact me. Kevin

Well if it's got a bad accident history i'd think twice buying a tubular frame car too! Nothing about that either.....
