Hi all
Today i had the oppertunity to photograph my 280i alongside a TR7 in my nieghbours garden. I suggest you can print this out and keep to show the less informed the difference between our wonderful wedges and BL's "sports car". Obviously ones a great british sports car the others a TR7 smile

Yes we have a few left, you can buy now or buy at the fest, but you risk that we may have run out!

I'm confused, all I can see are a couple of TVR's. Not a sportscar in sight.

^ Ha ha. This is a subject close to my heart. I like TVR's but some people just have to bash the TR7/8 which in reality set up some very impressive stats over the years both in terms of sales and racing pedigree. It's ill informed comments from blinkered fools that make me spill my tea, lol.

For my sins i had three tr7s when i was younger in succession.

They were all utterly miserable, awfully built monstrosities.

wait till you get Wedge Vince (you may already have?)

Bits fall off
they leak, even with a solid roof
they break down sometomes too
and they look like a TR7

But the get under your skin and man are they addictive!

I'm confused too, if my 390 SE resembles a skip then all I can say is it is a F**K fast skip !!!
Anyway, all non owning wedge people are only jealous ! smile
As has been said there is no comparison between a TR7 and a TVR. Sorry but TR7's are really S**T, there is no getting away from that fact. C'mon admit it now.....smile
