Trailing arm bushes/pins
Discussion
It's not really a 'bolt', it's a piece of precision turning. Some guy has had to stand in front of a lathe for a period of time at £x per hour, then there's sourcing of materials, power, tooling, doing the CAD drawing in the first place... all adds up.
Even if they were to be knocked-up on a CNC lathe, someone still has to write the program code to make the machine work, load the steel, clean up the swarf... and that's after you've found the £25000 to buy a CNC in the first place.
Some things just aren't worth fannying about.

Because I'm here in NZ, when I discovered one of those pins on my wedge was bent, having already ordered and recieved new bushes from DG, I did indeed get one made locally in a small machine shop.
I already had a High tensile bolt of the larger diameter and long enough (in fact I think it had the right thread already at one end) so I took that with the original.
He charged me $30 NZ (which is about 15 quid), and made a lovely neat clean job of it, even polishing the newly cut shank a little so it was a nice finish, and did it while I watched. He even cut the little bits so that the original big washer was a perfect 'light tap' fit. Very Nice, thank you.
But it was an old fashioned 'manual' lathe of course....
So it can be done, but as Wedg1e says, you still have to pay for someone's time at the end of the day.
