Is this for the 400SE? You could probably bend something up out of Aly, or use Aly U-Channel if you want it stronger.
If you want to get it running quickly, get some 2mm U-channel probably around 25-35mm wide (e.g. Aluminium Channel 1.5x1.5x0.125" from my metals warehouse), and almost as tall as the rad - there will be room to get it in. Then drill it to suit the rad mounting holes, and also to suit the holes in the fiberglass. Bolt the U-channel directly to the rad but you may need to pack it out to take up the slack to the chassis on one side with washers or rubber grommits.
Then finally block any gaps between the channel and fiberglass to channel the air into the rad - you can use sponge stuffed into the gap. Or glue a rubber sheet in there.
