400 - wot a lurvly day

Well, took it to work, started at 10am.. Took a slow jaunt and a long route to work... It was such a nice drive i had to put in for a half day...
But, when i got to work there was a comedy moment, i was parking up (as the fire alarm at work sounded and everyone was coming out to the carpark), went to open the drivers door, it wouldnt open. Strange.. Window down, use the outside handle ( no one has seen this - phew ) - Parked, still no one cottoned on, or i'd have been a laughing stock.. Phew!!!
Got home, stripped off the door card (i hate TVRs at times), the inside of the door is dirty, greasy, tight, dark, cramped and it just aint easy to get ones ham fisted hand let alone hands in to deal with the wee rods and plastic and rubber connectors... 2 hours later, a wee bodge here and a wee repair, cable ties and copious amounts of tough glue, there the door opens and closes..
A well spent half day, stuck in the garage while her indoors sat in the sun.!!!
I never want to strip down the door and door connecting rods again...
Still, its still looks good, sounds good and the drivers door now opens from inside. Now for the master cyl....
