Bit off topic but that seems like a strange place to put the handbrake.
Does it get in the way when driving and changing gear?

Although in the up position you can still drive the car..Its periodically ornamental..Bit like an indicator.."Its working"..."Now its not".."Its working"..."Now its not"...hehe

So, when not in it's ornamental position, does it get in the way? biggrin

Two answers...
1. If you are bidding for the car..Yeah them handbrakes are a bloody nightmare..They really get in the way and drive you bonkers and never work!
2.If you are not..No..They are designed perfectly..and always hold the car even if it does have a tendency to creep back to pointing up in the air after its been adjusted a million times..rolleyes

Although its probably advisable to leave the car in gear..especially on a hill..eek

cheers andy...Im not a lover of red interiors but it certainly looks a good car..Maybe a black dash with a blue top dash..Blue carpet with black over mats with blue edging..Black leather seats with blue inners and piped..Wood veneer dash with alloy gear knob and switchgear..Yummy..Its actually my favourite colour car but dont tell delilah...yum

Any idea on the engine then - would this have been a 350i FHC from the factory and then the engine modified at a later date ? or delivered with a 4lt ?

Am I going mental? I was watching this earlier in the week and I'm sure it was sitting at over £3000. Did anyone else see it a that price?
