Yorkshire big breakfast meet Oct 14th

[MARKS6900]

This meet is held at specialist cars of Malton, on the A64 between York and Scarborough on the York road industrial estate on Sunday the 14th of October, i know a few of you have been before, this is my local event and its been growing over the last few years, you need to be early as the whole ind est gets packed solid with a few hundred cars, there,s always some very nice cars and of course tvr,s on show.

[Mr WST]

What time does it start?

Thack

[MARKS6900]

About 9am, best to be early then you get to see the cars as they arrive and you get to park nearer to the action.

Brilliant event....that's where I took this pic of the 390.

...Plus the odd less reliable car.

Lots of youtube vids of this event. All sorts of exotica there.

This is my 390, took it there 2 years ago met up with a nice couple in a red 350, can not remember there names, somebody caught us on youtube saying how nice they sounded.

[Trickie Dickie]

Have been to the Big Breakfast a few times - but don't do early as I like my bed too much

As Mark says there is plenty to see there (inc Jag XJ220 last time I went)
but watch for the Scamera vans etc on the A64

Don't know if I will be going this time tho' as there are the TVRs racing at Oulton Park the day before
and I haven't seen any racing this year.

Cheers
Trickie

Good turn out of cars including this one.

Haha...that Wedge was also the one of the best-sounding cars to have a quick hurtle up the road for the crowds too....mad spinning of wheels through several gears.

I have some pics and vids to post later of what was a truly MEGA event this year.
Sorry, but I was in a friend's Chim.
