Hi

Tried this link, comes up as the old list when you click on TVR it then changes to the new list.

I don't like it, is it me getting old or what, but why do they have change things!

HI

Agree, they tried to change it to the new system before but they had problems with it, and the PH posse mostly objected, what I notice now with the old system is the lack of reliable pics, you might get 3 or 4 that will open the rest don't, I guess it's time to move on but I hope it remains.

The new classifieds are damned USELESS, overly complicated and irritating !!! mad

It's probably all to do with extra advertising space or summat.

This will put people off having an idle scan...possibly resulting in BUYING something ! rolleyes

Need the front clip for a 1986 280i. One small problem I'm in the US.
What year range would fit this 1986?

Hi

What do you mean "front clip"?

Sorry, the entire front of the car. Hood, fenders, lights, bumper etc.

The front of any 280/350 should fit, but preferably without that horrible and heavy US spec bumper (fender).

Try looking up some of the TVR breakers (wreckers) in the UK...like 'Douglas Valley'.

Is that what that big black front bumper on some US 280i's is? Boy that is ugly. I've found a couple for sale here and I just can't get by that bumper.

I'm sure it will just be bolted on.

Probably weighs 30lbs. rolleyes...then there's the one at the back.

The engines there will only be pushing out 148bhp max too, cos of emissions crap.

The US laws certainly knew how to kill the style and performance of British cars. frown
