Compliance bushes are a doddle mate, get the car up on axle stands to give yourself more room and you can then use the trolley jack under the shock to help with getting the tie rod out.
get yourself a 26mm ratchet ring spanner..... if you can! for the tie bar and you have to undo the 2 x 17/19mm bolts at the bottom of the strutt.
Make sure you dont undo the back nut and it should go back there or there abouts.

I looked for on for ages with no luck for a ratchet ring, or itll be a ring spanner one flat at a time as its so tight!
You will have to undo the roll bar anyway so you may aswell do it at the same time.
clean up all the threads and get some copper slip onto the nuts before removing, and when replacing and get some spare split pins for the roll bars.

Simples!

I seem to recall when I fitted new polyurethane [spit] ARB bushes on my 390 it was a right fanny-on, damn things were tighter than Jimmy Savile's trackie bottoms at a girls' school sports day.
About 6 months later they were shagged again. I haven't changed them yet, life's too short.
