Probably being pedantic but do I need to have the car on its wheels or off its wheels when I start nipping up the ARB and droplinks etc.

Not pedantic at all fella, even more important to have the car on its wheels when you do the suspension arms, trailing arm, A-frames, tie-rods as the rubber bushes will distort as they are loaded. Less of an issue with polyuresh!te as the parts aren't bonded together.

Yes,I remember that from my Cortina messing-with days, after replacing every bush on the car...and they had plenty. thumbup
