Right, about to replace my gearbox but in Steve heaths bible it says the gearbox is too large to come through the transmission tunnel so have to take engine out with box or move engine forward enough to pull gearbox out, has anyone been able to remove the gearbox without having to mess with engine ????

Yes i believe this can be done, if memory serves me well i think there was a post in the past about this so worth doing a search.
