Corno, "Thunder Pants" will love tearing it up through The Tulips and round the Windmills

Enjoy, doesn't it look great, even in the snow

Enjoy

For the time being !!! Thunder Pants has been replaced with a German Sports car for now! its Japanese cousin still lives with us, so Gerrie will stay until something else comes along.. Nowt stays too long in my garage..

I replaced for now the TIV with an Audi A4 Cabriolet, 3.0v6 TDi Quattro S-Line. It's very nice but also very quiet, for now.

Enjoy Thunderpants.

Corno, I'd love a Tamora. Maybe if the Audi goes I may tread back into TIVs.
As for fuel economy over a wedge, its a wee bit better. Power for power they're about the same, it's the torque. It's just huge, with the Quattro it's been a lot of fun in the snow recently. Even though the S-Line sits low on huge rims its never been bothered by any of the snow. So it's kind of an all rounder for the time being.
We will be at the rusty though probably in the Zed.

Thunderpants replacement for now!.. A rare 3.0 V6 TDI Quattro S-Line Cabriolet - pure hair dresser but it looks lovely and goes like it looks, sh*t hot!!

Johnny i did look at S4's as they were in budget, but my mate who runs the local Audi (Autohaus)garage gave me a few stories which put me off for the time being and after the expense of last year i thought i'd get something practical and yet still fast which can munch the miles in any weather, and for now a whole lot more reliable - i wanna save a few bob this year

As some may know, ill get a summer out of it (maybe) and replace it with again something noisy.. But for now 233bhp and 450nm of torque from a creamy V6 is fine by me. It does do 40+mpg too. I've already got it lined up for a fruity zorst and another couple of wee things which hopefully should see a reliable 270+bhp, from a diesel..
