Ralph...I believe they are Nissan nsx 200, They are a tad too wide and the lumber control lever had to be taken off as it tore a little of the covering on my centre console..Have you thought about having your re-connollised and adding some decent spacers and washers to bring the seat a bit higher?...There is a guy in sidcup who charges 25 notes a seat if you take them to him..Unfortunately though he doesnt do repairs but Gemini seat covers in penge road do, Let me know and i will forward on the address...Ziga

The seat foam may also have gone flat.
Adrian Venn had some replacment seat squabs and they are not to had to fit and that will make it more comfortable to sit on and give you a bit more height!

Hi Mark
As you've seen, the seats are pretty good in my car, but being a short arse dont really help lol, they are plastic mate, so a bit pointless spending any money on them, am on ebay at the mo looking for some RX8 or MX5 seats as feel these would better suit my frame and hopefully lift the seat up at the rear so i can reach the pedalslaugh, cheers Ralph

I've got RX8 seats in mine, you're more than welcome to come have a look and try them out to see if they will work for you, fairly easy to fit and comfy. mine cost £100 including the rears! They are very hard wearing and seem to last very well, plus the drivers side is electric.

my interior was originally grey and i had the dash and door cards re-coloured to match £200, then retrimmed the rear area myself with some black leather £6 meter from fabric warehouse.

Hi Al
Have been looking on line and am edging towards a pair off seats out of an MGF as some look like stock TVR seats, the problem i have is wanting to keep the grey colour as it matches the paintwork very well, cheers for the post mate as them RX8 seats do look very nice, so will be keeping an eye open, all the best, Ralph

Ps just to give others an idea off these seats, hope it helps

Interesting how prices differ. After much searching I found a pair of MX-5 cloth seats in OK condition and managed to get them for $100. Everything else was in the $500-700+ range. After all that, I don't like them (foam is probably shot) and plan to get my originals recovered (once I found out I could fit my upgraded MX-5 headrest speakers in the TVR headrest). smile

I like the RX-8 ones.... but can't imagine what they would cost here. Grady

I found a pair of MR2 full leather seats in cream.

Not sure if they will fit yet but look narrow enough and nice lumber support.

There's some here also at right money: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/toyota-mr2-mk2-leather-s...

This is what I mean by cost differences - 1 RX8 passenger seat in good condition $130+$185 shipping or a nice pair for $500 OBO shipping to be determined!
