Rear suspension upgrade ...

Well its time to upgrade and stiffen up the rear end of my car following the various other upgrades i have done on the car recently. I did a roll bar upgrade a couple of years ago which did stiffen the car but its now time to finish the suspension to deal with the other upgrades i have now done engine and transmission wise. So which rear shocks and adjustable springs should I go for, where to get them and what is the likely ball park costs guys?

Go for the best you can afford Chris. Have a chat with the guys at Track V Road as they are putting an upgrade package for wedge suspension. I put GAZ on mine which need re-valving as they are too stiff not the Golds but their cheaper version. If I had the funds I would go for their new mono tube which is gas filled. Ohlins and Nitrons are costly and would be considered the best on the market.
