I use to own this car before Blaine bought it and did a great job of rebuilding it. If I didn't have another TVR taking up the space, I would have been very tempted to buy it back. Looks so much better than when I purchased it back in 05.

Beautiful if I had a little bit more money this would have been coming home with me today. What a great car. I know I'm new to the TVR scene but this is the best one I've seen so far by a long way. And the noise! My neighbours would go Ape S### if I bought this. I might be contacting Blane to see where he got the exhaust madebiggrin

Can't wait to get to some of the event to see some of the other beauties you lot have. Really looking forward to seeing some of the SEAC's as well.

Good luck with the sale Steve.

The exhaust and manifolds came from another car, but the owner found it to loud, I fitted it to mine, but changed the rear to the twin pipe design it now has, the car is well worth the price it is for sale at, I sold it for more than it is now!

My 350i S1 has exhausts exiting either side of the rear valance. It had a large central combined box and 2 smaller ones at the rear. When it came to change it for a stainless one many years ago I was quoted £750, so I asked if there was anything they could do on the price. They said I could just have straight through pipes instead of the rear boxes and save £300.

It was a difficult decision to make.....

Hi all,

Been lurking on PH for a month or so and just joined after seeing this trail about the 400SE I bought last month.

My first TVR after 25 years of drooling & saving. bounce

Agree it looks amazing, almost spotless paintwork and chassis. Just had service with excellent report from independent mechanic we've used for last 20 years - he came back with a smile on his face; thought he was going to offer to buy it off me!

Planning to be at Chatsworth on 28 April with andy43 if anyone is attending. Hopefully we can get the drivers window sorted by then! Thanks for the helpful replies to this trail
