How's it run on 17's as would have thought it would tramline? amd would like to keep the 15's but may have to go with 16's but as my tyres are good, dont really want to spend the extra money

it drives really well on standard suspension ! the wheel referb and tyres work out cheaper than getting a set of original wheels having them referbed and new tyres! dont normally agree with having spacers but these ones fit into the back of the wheels !

thanks ! not off the top of my head ! just take a wheel off and measure the hub ! the merc wheel have a larger centre so the machined spacer fits in it for a snug fit !

They are nice wheels. In terms of size, the offset looks similar to mine which are 8 x 18 and these fit nicely - any wider and they'd foul the wheelarches. Make sure you get some spigot rings as well though.

Ralph
These wheels were on my 350i S1 when I bought it in '97 and I have only just changed them now for original lattice wheels. Their offset is 12mm out reducing the overall track by 24mm unless spacers are fitted. I only noticed this when I swapped them and checked the details to put them up for sale. I never suffered any rubbing problems with standard 205 60 15 tyres.

The previous owner had told me they were supplied by TVR as an option, but I don't now think this is true as I have never seen another set the same and the spare was an original lattice wheel.

Having said that I think they are nice looking wheels, especially as they have centre caps that cover the wheel nuts which in my opinion is tidier than the originals.
