Cracked front cross member

Anyone have any experience of the front cross member cracking at the end through the side of the "U" section which holds the lower suspension

Hi

Not seen one there before.

We have found a top cross-brace behind the gears box lose on my S2. Good job we are taking the back end off to refurb it so we can get to it for welding!
