much as been drivin' the meanest fastest wedge probabaly - well at least in my part of Reading
4.5 is slowly being run in, a few teething problems like broken alternator, poor idle etc, but now a bit more fettled and bedding in the beast.
Power is quite surprising, quite docile up to just over 3000 rpm and then takes off stomach chunrningly quick - but that may be as needs tunning correctly
Anyone know if the flapper type ecu were actually set up differently for the different types of engine size 3.5 4.0 4.5 ?
As when I put the one that came with the 4.5 on it runs like a bag of nails, but very sweet with the original 4.0 ecu
Anyone know if there's a programable unit to replace the standard one to try and get the best out of the setup - jag injectors, jag afm and larger plenum
Anyone tried a different dissy as I think these are quite a weak point in standard form also
Might even attempt Wales sunday if any other wedgers going to Cardif ?
