Great morning, started at 8:20 and drove up to Stoke to meet up with the Staff/Shorps TVRCC Guys. Had a look at a lovely Griff with and LS3 lump fitted.

then at 09:45 set off in a convoy of around 20 cars. I was the only Wedge but it was still a great site.

We got to Chatsworth about 11ish and I was car 385. Loads more came in throughout the remainder of the morning.

We parked up with the rest of the Wedges and it was great to meet up with a few of the forum guys. Sadly was unable to spend enough time to meet everyone.

Had to depart just after 1pm unfortunately but really enjoyed the morning. Got home around 2:30ish the car performed without fault, which i was really chuffed with as i was still putting it back together on Friday.

A couple of pics, sorry about the quality.

Karl.

And this did make me smile

Saw your car but didnt see you.

The 400se with the great sticker is Trickie Dickies and it is the one he took me for a spin in the other day, it goes really well.
He lead a really good drive down from yorkshire, it only made me more keen to get my own wedge.

Guilty as charged

Led 35 TVRs down from West Yorkshire inc Thack in his 420SE

Sorry I didn't get chance to chat with many of the Wedgers there
but I had brought along an old friend and customer who I had to look after
(and main priority was the legendary Chatsworth Pasty)

A great day with around 600 TVRs BUT NOT ENOUGH WEDGES

Cheers
Trickie

Did anyone see the black wedge which the chap claims has a '7 litre Chevrolet' engine but which actually has a Rover lump, just with Edelbrock rocker covers????

Dont forget the nitrous as well lol
The nitrous bottle looked to have been installed for the maximum amount of visual effect and no thought at all for safety.

We had a rather good convoy from Sportmotive this year, 24 cars and we didn't manage to lose anybody, I think!
Thanks for the pictures Karl,

One for you
smile

And the reason I didn't get to go in the wedge
