When is it time to let go?
Discussion
As one gets older and drives less, driving skills deteriorate. Driving a Wedge requires above average concentration only because more fun can be gained with such a car. Sometime in the near future I shall have to give it up.
Mind you on days like today, I went out shopping with the hood down, cap on head to shade the eyes - yes, it is my shopping car as well. A good blast to get the adrenaline going and then some burbling around at 1000rpm in fifth at 30mph.
What a car mine is. It does everything a good driver wants, boot and all. I hope that I never give it up whilst eyes, arms and feet are still working.

Hi Henry..Enjoy it everyday that you can mate..I have come to realise that letting go of a wedge is one of the hardest things to do..Im going to hate the day i HAVE to..Its hard enough letting go of one to upgrade to another..Well it is for me anyway's...Without saying goodbye forever..The next generation of wedge owners dont yet know how lucky they really are...Ziga
I feel exactly the same way. I have been many times out for a blast with Wyn and his collection , last one the 420se , have thought many times of up-grading but when it comes down the crunch I just cant bare to part with the old girl. We have been thru too much together. Shes a bit rough but has a heart of gold, just the way I like my women. Well thats another story! LOL .
