What parts stayed the same beginning to end?

For a bit of fun I thought we could make a list - production cars only, not specials such as the SEAC racer or white elephant.

As Andy says the rear brakes are one example... obviously anything engine-related is straight out - what I can think of...

Rear brake calipers
Handbrake Calipers
Rear differential (albeit different ratios or powerlok)
Boot lamps (except hard tops)
Fuel tanks???
Propshaft
Brake master cylinder, vacuum reservoir and fluid reservoir.

Headlamp pods also changed. Different colours on windscreen. Boot lid hinge arrangement changed. Fibreglass in doors got thinner.

Ah one of the things I love about mine, is the smell, the mix if fuel, oil and leather.

They did..It was called Brut 33...."Splash it all over"......And if you wanted something a bit more exotic there was "Hai karate"...If you were loaded then there was old spice...Very sophisticated....

Windscreen wiper, and motor. Electric window motors, window channels (the horizontal ones) and possibly the glass (although sundym was an option).
