Thinking of getting rid of the wedge.

Only thing that stops me is knowing i will regret it and buy another. Truth is i am spending so much time with work now, and wedges are for the road not the garage. Mine has been undergoing an extensive engine transplant that seems to have taken forever so it's as though i dont have one anyway at the moment.

Should i sell up i will miss the car so much but somone else may as well enjoy it..

Pondering time big style.

Don't do it mate.

Nothing else compares. I was gutted about selling my Westfield. But haven't given it a second thought since having the yellow peril. Even though I've spent more time under it that in itbiggrin

Just go in the garage and if possible start the baby up and listen to the rumble. Then go backin the house with all thoughts of getting rid gone from your mind.

Dont do it.

Buy another wedge that you can use whilst you finish the transplant off, you still get your wedge fix and it will give you an incentive to get yours done.

Rob wait until your beast is finished, bring it on the Nail run you'll be driving about like a cheshire cat for 3 days then think about it when you get home.
You know you want it, i know your Family comes first bud when you get home from abroad but driving the Wedge takes any stress away when you and Carol get away for a weekend.

Hi Bud what have you been drinkin hehe

I know what you mean a wedge is for driving and not for the garage (i gess i didnt get that memo rolleyes)

Tou know you dont realy want to sell your beasty as you havnt had a chance to show off your to us all and I for one am realy looking forward to seeing how the wedge looks at the RNR so please dont sell it bounce

I know it must be tough been away for long periods and not been home for long enought but think about the time you do get and you will have a realy nice sorted wedge waiting to destress driving

Im sure its a passing thought Rob...but well will be behind you on what ever decision you make...

Cheers

Had some misgivings last year with work overloading me time and probably 200 miles between MOT, going in today for a fettle and MOT. So, when I start it up to get it out the garage for a prod and a poke, that usually settles the argument. I must make more time this year to get closer to the insurance milage..... cluck....

Something about the time invested and trails and tribulations and cannot afford to swap for a SEAC no cat, low MPG, sounds like Thor gargling on gravel... what else does that to you?
