Hi Everyone,

Probably asked before but not got time to research.

Quick question as garage about to fail cars MOT, Offside headlight apparently projecting wrong image/direction.

Can someone tell me what part I need.

Thanks

They are standard 7" ones from many 70s cars, I think my replacements came from a Land Rover spares supplier including new bowls - quite cheap IIRC

Vehicle Wiring Products sell them as well, with or without the mounting bowls.

Thanks for the info, that company does look interesting. I have asked the garage to pursue their usually sources and I know they have tried a few, just pleased and relieved that was all they could find wrong.

Amazing, I only get time to enjoy the car about once a fortnight, but when told I cannot drive it then I cannot live without it. Haha

Yeah pretty sure they are the same as MG,mini, AC,
Morris minor, etc, should get a pair for less than 30 quid new.

Think you will find they are not the standard lucas 7" but cibies which have pins that click into place. They are rare and you need to get them from a cibie distributor
