Hi guys, I need a fan switch for my dash, it's been swapped out for a cheap replacement switch, does anyone know what will fit correctly ?

Also my front gas struts are missing off the bonnet, can I get cheap replacements? Just not sure of the size.

Thanks John

Hi Mate..The struts can be purchased from various suppliers..A few people have used SGS and found them a good replacement..here is a link..

Just had a look through some old switches but dont have a fan switch im affraid, I believe the headlight switch in principal is the same thing albeit with a light symbol on it..I changed all mine for new type rocker switches purely because of the rarity of certain original switches....Ziga

I used a 30amp rocker switch with led when its on bought from a local motorists store(not Halfrawds) and fixed it through under side of dash board just above my right knee but ideally It should then go through a relay, I eventually bought a twin fan set up from Kenlowe and used their control relays with inbuilt override wire and temp adjuster, I'm very happy with it so far.

hi jack, i just got a new strut from sgs 01332576850 for £27. part no GS8-18-200-250
The last three numbers refer to the pressure (newtons), i ordered the 250 but in hindsight it is probably way too strong, a 200 or even 150 would probably do.
They also through in the ball sockets free of charge, part B1.
