Abridge Village Car Show, Essex - Sat 15th June
Discussion
Hi
IF anyone is interested, there's a Village car show in Abridge, Essex on Sat 15th June. It's 5 minutes away from the Loughton turn off on the M11.
Apart from a large marquee with art, crafts, antiques and more importantly bar, there's some autojumble and other outside stalls/activities. The 200 plus cars usually consist of a large amount of American classics with the Essex mustang club in attendance, Panthers and with the Mid Essex MG club taking over ..sure to be an increase in MG's and hopefully this year some wedges.

A few of us who meet at the Sausage meet in Greenwich every Saturday are looking to go and can obviously arrange to meet up on route starting at Greenwich Park then to Abridge via the blackwall tunnel..so oppo for those engines to roar!
So if anyones interested, have a look at the website and give us a shout if you fancy it.
we would look to leave Greenwich around 10am
Cheers
Paul

Just a quick thanks to Paul for organising todays run out to the Abridge car show. Some nice cars on show and good to have a good root round the auto jumble, even got a few rare bits for the car! Got a few pictures of day showing the cars and the guys for posterity

6'2" and still going. As he's not quite 15 yet he's probably still got a bit more to go! Looks like i might soon be making all the doorways a little taller in my place ! Sorry you didn't make it yesterday Zig - A nice little show. Hoping all your problems with Delilah are sorted soon mate
Maston - have you had a chance to see if that SEAC AFM fits ?

Blimey, thought Callum was about 18 !!! Apart from the weather enjoyed the day fellas and thanks Paul for organising it.
Nicola, Louis and I stayed until the end and the drive home was frightening to say the least. I was getting soaked in my "non waterprrof" wedge and the windscreen kept steaming up. So bad that I was doing about 30mph in a 60 zone !
I was a bit hasty in buying the SEAC AFM to be honest, the diameter on both ends is about 80mm.
Having read "The Wedge Bible" it would appear it is not as simple as bolting it on (My plenum's diameter is 72mm so would need an adapted AFM to plenum hose with different size bores at each end) as Mark Adams says I would need different injectors, a different ECU etc. etc.
So, would anybody like to buy a SEAC AFM off of me ???
Regards to all
Ian
