For me exhaust!

Looking at chrome or stainless - probably stainless will last longer?

The possibilities are mind-boggling looking on the Flea!

So - is your tip rolled in our out? Or was it cut off at an angle??

Photos appreciated (keep it clean Stu!)

I didn't know what you meant. The end of the pipe is flared outwards but the steel is curved inwards for the end finish. (if that makes sense).

A while ago I was looking at putting twin exit on the wedge (still thinking) anf the guy I went to see said the wedge has a tip which isnt very easy to get any more.

He called it something like a roll out roll in as it kind of does both...

Rolled in is posh but I love a bit of rolles out! Some cars can just pull it off (cosworths and al turbo fords for example) and I think wedges too smile

Both of those shown above are the same style of 'roll' as on my car.

I guess you must always fit the best, seeing that you keep the Wedge on a quality red carpet.

I had a custom exhaust made for me last year and wanted to retain the original tail pipes and the guy said he couldnt get that style anymore so I got him to take the originals off and stick them on.

I too looked at the possibility of a twin tailpipe wedge, but as the boot floor has a cut away for the existing tailpipe, I figured it too much hassle.

I even Photoshopped my current tailpipe to see what it would look like (and it did look cool!)

Forgot to add, my exhaust was custom made back in 2002 by Powerflow. The tail piece is a 3" --> 4" pipe.

the tail pipes used to be able to be bought separately and either bolted / welded into place
