Guys, whats the format for the weekend of BBWF ? The 400 isnt going to be ready this year .. Next year a definite !.

But, thinking of popping up for a bit on Saturday afternoon with the girls as the wife is working.

0930 BBWF Opens.
The fun starts Traders will be open the Rolling road will be on the go, The BBWF tent will be open selling parts etc plus teas and coffee.
13.00 Judging Starts.
14.00 Afternoon Run out.
16.00 Judging Finishes.
16.30 Presentations.
17.00 Rolling road ends.
17.30 Time for the the Bar!
19.30-24.00 BBWF "Banquet"
Ticket only (for me details contact me.)
20.30 Auction & Raffle.
21.00 Live Disco and entertanment.

Mr Sheen will be taking pics all day and he may even go out on the run to take pics, I don't know of anybody doing a vid!

Its just that i saw a video of a previous BBWF and someone was filming people leaving for the run out opposite the main entrance..Sounded like a squadron of spitfires taking off..Bloody awesome!

I do not see the tug O war mentioned !!! We will come over with 10 dutchies , all prepared, worked out and well trained to win this prestige clash between The Dutch against the "other".
We didn't forget 2006..... or was it 2007.
Anyway, we are looking forward to meet you all again.

Yes the "Tug of War" is not mentioned as we have been having trouble finding a proper rope. If one can be sourced then the plan is around 3.00 pm after the run out!

The Hotel (At inflated prices) do food or its a walk down to the pub at lunch time (5 mins walk)
