Try this for the decent HD joints:

Drive shaft U/J - HARDY SPICER HS 163 Heavy duty version with grease nipple - 350i - 390 - 400 -- 450

It's the smaller uj

The smaller size UJ fitted to some 350i models is 27mm diameter cap with an overall length of 81.8mm. Both the standard (HS166) and the HD (HS163) have grease nipples.

there have been other similar threads with all the part numbers needed etc but its the land rover parts on ebay that are cheap and easy to obtain.
