Well guys I really enjoyed yesterday but Bl##dy H€ll it was hot. Well done to the organisers and what a fantastic location. Wish I was able to stay for the evening do as I can only imagine it got better.

Here are my personal highlights in no perticularly order as they where all great

Meeting a great bunch of blokes from up north including Tricky Dickey who even sorted out lunch for me many thanks Tricky hope you get 3rd gear back soon.

The interior of Henry's car was totally stunning.

Andy 450seac ( I like the racer but the sky blue one was something else)

Crawfords 350i was the Car of the show for me. but I am biased being a 350i owner :-)

Our Dutch cousins seem a great bunch and have no fear of using the loud pedal.

And finally I followed the Mink coloured NEO into the venue "Adrian I think" and that was the first time I'd heard a Wedge from behind. Popping and banging all the way just like mine.

To top all that I had a shall we say a "Spirited" drive home in close to 30 degrees and the cheese coloured TVR32X never missed a beat.

Next year I'm doing the full weekend. Hope you all got back ok.

It was my first fest too, really enjoyed putting faces to the forum names and the mixture of sympathy over my car being dead and merciless piss taking over it actually cheered me up a lot.

Cracking weekend and I will be there next year hopefully with a flameless wedge wink

Hi Karl

Yes that was me in NEO. That is Trickie Dickie's old car actually. Hope it sounded 'up to scratch'!! I still feel a bit guilty about passing you when you were in the layby and not stopping to check you were OK. Very pleased to see you were!

Yours is a nice looking car.

I also enjoyed my first Wedge Fest. Thanks to the organisers. I shall be there next year.

Ended up with a steering issue by the time I got home. The bulkhead bush had slipped out of position. Nearly sorted now though. It didn't affect the safety fortunately (too much!!). Might have been the wheelspin I pulled out of the exit on the way home!!

Don't know the name of the guy who owned it but the black 350i with white leather interior was great. But really nice to see such a load of them in one place. What a noise!!!

Cheers

Adrian
