Working on another vehicle with perished fuel hoses less than 5 years old, found these articles on that internet place regarding rating of hoses and use with petrol/ethanol:

SAE J30R9 seems to be the most resilient to attack by ethanol.

Are we at the stage when full replacement of non-resilient hoses is essential? Although it appears that there are UK suppliers who will currently sell hose as suitable for modern petrol when it clearly isn't.

This was part of a problem that i had for nearly two years..The fuel additive was not helping either when i had leaded heads..The ethanol in the fuel was also eating the aircraft grade silicone between the fuel metering head and was causing it to leak..It has since been replaced with a type used on F1 fuel components..The main problem is finding a 2" ID hose that is suitable for the filler necks..I managed to find some that is used for fuel delivery to aircraft as most of the recommended hose starting leaking through the rubber after 6 months..It was approved hose as well..Scary!...Something well worth bearing in mind!...Cheers...Ziga

Buy my hoses from spectrum hoses in high wycombe.

Great place as he gave me the heads up re ethanol and sells it cut to size.

Proper hose place as opposed to a motor factors with a load on the shelf they have to unload

up there for dancin............
