Power steering question

So for the masses that dont have arms like arnie what is every one else running as power steering fluid and its time to refill the system and for some reason im thinking it should be aft but i would like to know what you all think.

...Not familiar with the differences between PSF and ATF..I always use the howlfrauds PSF...I guess ATF is a hydraulic oil so should be fine..I tend to stick with older fluids for older parts..Am i a "Luddite"..No..Im buying a Mac Pro and an ipad next week..but then thats got nothing to do with anything..

ive always used PSF however ive always seeminly had a leak somehwhere in the system (even though its all been changed) so got through a lot of fluid! Think it saved the front of the chassis...! lol!
