My aerial has seen better days - it's a half length black bee sting type thing.

All I seem to be able to find on ebay are replacement stings and not a complete aerial - any suitable aerial suggestions?

Last weekend I replaced the aerial by a window aerial Blaupunkt A-R G 01-E. You can glue it into the boot, connect the cables (black -, blue +) an get a very good radio reception.
Now you have no aerial outside that disturbs the design.

Ive had a number of Ariels from Halfords in the past and even their most expensive ones I found to be crap!.

My ariel is suseptable to the boot spoiler on my 400SE if you forget to turn the radio off before opening / closing the boot.

now I have an amplified ariel that ive wired into the new stereo and mounted against the underside of the dash. Reception is quite good as its amplified too.
