Scratch me for this now, looks like the wedge only has a slim chance of being ready. Just hope it will be done for the RNR.

Was hoping to do one of the 2 weekend days

Don't think there is actually that much happening each day now tho
as I heard the sprint is cancelled as someone else has stuck in an event at the Cenotaph
and the noise will prohibit runs now

That's not correct.

There wasn't a Sprint arranged for this years event as there wasn't enough support for the event in 2010 and as a result we lost money on it.

There ARE however demo runs on the Sunday with a nice collection of cars including a full works Rally Metro 6R4 for example.

The event at the Cenotaph calls for a one minutes silence only and the ceremony will coincide with Lunch. The benefit of the event occurring means there will be a flypast od a Spitfire and Lancaster from the BoBMF.

Saturday as last year will see a timeline, concours and traders on the prom so plenty to do

I stand corrected and thank you David

Can I suggest there needs to be a bit more publicising of this though

Thanks

There's been a advert in Sprint for the last few months and it's repeated in events here and on the TVRCC site so pretty much covered. It is a fluid situation with cars being offered and then withdrawn so it's difficult to keep up.

I've updated the various threads running when a question has been added so I can't really do much more.

The display cars are picked and by invite only

So just turn up whenever you like either day and park with the rest of us

Cheers

That's the plan, assuming the last minute bits and piece all come together. It'll be in front of the DeVere on Friday afternoon/evening to greet everyone and then on the front Saturday and Sunday.
