...you're welcome to pop by and checkout my nearly completed and much modified SEAC rolling chassis at:

http://www.jenningsengineering.co.uk/ in Latchingdon before the body's dropped back on the old girl.

Martin - Hatter will be there and hopefully Henry may pop by if he's not on one of his foreign jaunts.

Where's Leigh these days as I'd also like his experienced view and ideas.

Hi guys,

Stu;

CM3 6LF & arrive at 9am & you can rebuild the Merc mirrors once they've been painted!

Adam,

Would I do that:-))

No, it'll be a couple more weeks before things are ready for the body.

I'll be making the tea/coffee.

I'm planning to come along in the stainless SEAC. Last time I went I had a problem finding the actual workshop; the postcode is the other side of the road and the workshop is hidden in the middle of an industrial estate - it's best to look at the website...

CANCEL SATURDAY

They have only just read their e-mails for the past few days.

Unfortunately the guys are going to be closed which I think means they're going racing.

I'll confirm with them for the following Saturday and post again.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

OK take two.

I've confirmed my guys are at the garage and not out racing this Saturday and I have to drive out as they want me to make some decisions on where to go from here, roll cage or not etc etc.

If any of you fancy a drive out on a cold Saturday morning then try to arrive around 9am. They are open from 9-12 noon.

I will still be making the tea/coffee and it will be good to see any of you.

Address in the first post in this thread.

Fitting of the roll bar kit to the "Gredge" was one of the best mods I did imho. It stiffened up the car along with the other suspension and brake mods.

I think the debate is around how safe is your nut - is there a risk of smacking the steelwork in the event of accident? Rollcages / hoops are for race / track cars when a lid and harness is being used IMHO.
