fusebox cover inside 400/450 se

my car has a flimsy cover with a pocket..some have a hard plastic cover in passenger footwell..anyone got a successful idea as it is annoying when it keeps falling down on passengers knee

I've put a small screw through it high up out of sight. I make sure I keep a screw driver in the car!

Bought a luggage strap and used that to keep it up. Hooked over the wiper motor.
