Looks familiar. Isn't it a car that was converted by someone on here due to running issues whilst it was fuel injected ??

I've got a carb and its the best thing I ever did in terms of engine mods. No more Efi issues to deal with if the car refuses to start which it has never done since the conversion and in terms of performance it is quicker and more responsive than before. less heat soak and there's a weight saving too. If I ever drop in a 4.6 or 5.0 engine - I'd still use a carb as part of the changeover...

Like carbs from an aesthetic point of view - gets rid of all the wiring and fuel lines associated with EFI. Makes for a much tidier engine bay. smile I'm sure there's going to be a big debate on Carbs v Injection now !! biggrin

Good idea - let's start! No way a carb is quicker than EFI if the EFi is set up right...

I bet it is mate..Looks a right pig of a job and if its not tight enough it looks pony and if its too tight then it will stretch in all the wrong places and still look pony…I was told that once they are fitted they need to be left up for a while so that they settle..Although not too long or you will start a reservation of comanches...biggrin
